Use
In this IMG activity, you define the criteria for generating the CO master data: cost centers, profit centers, cost center groups, profit center groups.
The properties Country, Organizational Area, Structure Level from, and Structure Level to specify for the account assignment and hierarchy objects whether objects are to be generated or inherited for the relevant force element.

In the force element, you have defined the following properties on the Properties tab page:
Country: 1
Organizational Area: 1
Structure Level from: 1
Structure Level to: 5
A. In the IMG activity, you have defined the following for the combination 1, 1, 1-5, and the object type K = cost center:
Activity: 1 (Generate)
B. In the IMG activity, you have defined the following for the combination 1, 1, 6-10, and the object type K = cost center:
Activity: 0 (Inherit)
When CO master data is generated, cost centers are generated for all the selected force elements with the property combination A. Force elements with combination B each inherit the cost center of the superior force element.
The appropriate settings are made for each object type. At least one entry must exist for each of the four object types (cost center, profit center, cost center group, profit center group). Objects can be inherited across several structure levels. Object inheritance can be interrupted by object generation as often as required, and then continued on the basis of the generated object. The two methods (generation/inheritance) can be combined as often as required.
