Use

In this IMG activity, you make basic settings for user distribution in your system landscape.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

Make the following settings:

  • General Customizing
    • Send Application Log to System User?
      • If the application log is to be sent by mail, enter 'X'.
    • System User to Whom the Application Log Is Sent
      • Enter the required user.
    • Trigger Workflow?
      • If the application log is to be sent by means of a workflow, enter 'X'.
    • Source System for Direct Role and Profile Assignment:
      • Enter the name of the logical system.
  • Additional Roles

    For each system type, specify which additional roles are to be assigned to the users in the target system during user distribution.

  • User Filter

    For each system type, specify which filters are to be used for user distribution.
