Use
In this IMG activity, you define the relevance of the individual technical statuses. If a technical status can be passed on to a piece of master equipment, the Relevant indicator is set. If several technical statuses are passed on to a piece of master equipment, the priority specified in this activity determines which status is displayed. The Signed and Deleted indicators indicate whether a technical status is completed or deleted. Do not set the Relevant indicator or specify a priority for completed or deleted technical statuses.

In order to define the semantics of the technical statuses, you have defined a status profile for this user status.

Example
You have four symbols: a red cross, a red cross in a circle, a red slash, and a red horizontal line, as well as the name ID. While the four symbols, listed in descending order of priority, are relevant for being passed on to the master equipment, name IDs are not to be considered as relevant because their status is Signed. If necessary, additional statuses (such as Deleted), that is, statuses set inadvertently or deselected deliberately, can also be defined and indicated as deleted and not relevant for being passed on to the master equipment.
