Use
In this IMG activity, you define an initial status profile for the operational status and technical status of the master equipment. The entries you make here depend on the equipment category.
You can also define whether change documents are updated for the operational status or technical status. Note that once a particular status profile has been assigned, it cannot be canceled. If you do not want to use the same operational status or technical status for all of the master equipment in a particular equipment category, do not make any entries here.

You have defined an appropriate status profile for these two user statuses.
