Use

In this IMG activity, you define what options are available for choosing storage location names on the Stock/Provisions tab page.

  • Indicator DERIVING_MODE

    The Stock/Provisions tab page in the Structures Workbench lets you go to the transaction for creating/editing MRP areas. The subsequent entry of /change to the storage locations of the MRP area can be done made automatically or manually.

    The indicator DERIVING_MODE determines which options the user has:

    • 0:    Only automatic selection of storage location names   
    • 1:    Only manual entry of storage location names
    • 2:    Manual and automatic naming of storage locations possible
  • Indicator TEST_MM

    If you set the indicator TEST_MM, you can make changes to the fields on the Structures Workbench tab page even if the force element no longer has the status Planned.

    However, this functionality is intended for test purposes only. The indicator TEST_MM must NOT be set in productive operation.
