Use

In this IMG activity, you can define the search help functions in the Workbench structures. To do so, specify which collective search help you want to use for each transaction, object type, and usage type.

Requirements

Implementation /ISDFPS/HRBAS00_SRC for Business Add-In definition HRBAS00_SEARCH must be active.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Enter the desired transaction in field Transaction Code. If you do not enter a value, the setting applies to all transactions.
  2. Enter the desired object type in field OT. If you enter "*", the setting applies to all object types.
  3. Enter the desired usage type (structure) in field UTy.. If you do not enter a value, the setting applies to all usage types.
  4. Select the desired collective search help function in field Search Help Name.

If you want to define your own search help/collective search help functions, you can either define your own functions in the customer namespace and integrate them here, or override the above BAdI.

You can use report /ISDFPS/SHLP_TEST to check your settings. To do so, enter the corresponding values in field group Override the Standard.
