Use

In this IMG activity, you can define evaluations for organizational structures. You can define evaluations for individual structures or evaluations comparing two structures.

The evaluations defined here can be carried out using the Structure Evaluations (/ISDFPS/OM_REF) application.

Requirements

You have a suitable function module for the required evaluation.

Standard settings

In the Initial Structure/Target Structure step, define the structures to be evaluated by specifying evaluation paths and relationships. Enter the following data:

• ID

  Assign the entry an ID.

• Description of Structures

  Enter a description of the entry.

• Eval.PathA (initial structure)

  Specify the required evaluation path for the structure whose objects you want to evaluate.

• Eval.PathB (target structure)

  If you want to compare the initial structure with a different structure during the evaluation, specify an evaluation path for this target structure.

• S-O InitSt

  If required, restrict the evaluation to a specific position-force element relationship.

• S-P InitSt

  If required, restrict the evaluation to a specific position-person relationship.

• S-O Tgt

  If required, restrict the evaluation to a specific position-force element relationship.

• S-P Tgt

  If required, restrict the evaluation to a specific position-person relationship.

In the Evaluation Type step, specify the evaluations to be carried out and assign them to the initial and target structures.

• ID

  Assign the evaluation type an ID.

• ID

  Assign the evaluation type to an initial structure or a combination of an initial and target structure.

• Description of Evaluation Type

  Enter a description of the evaluation type.

• GRID

  Specify the function module that carries out the evaluation and controls the format of the result displayed.

• Spec.

  For evaluations that determine relationships, enter the required relationship direction.

• Relatshp

  For evaluations that determine relationships, enter the required relationship.
