Use

In this IMG activity, you define which fields are used to determine the equipment usage periods of any equipment that is in operation (installation locations) for the report Extended Equipment History (Hierarchical) (/ISDFPS/RIIFLO15). These equipment usage periods refer to the location history (functional locations or equipment) of a particular piece of equipment and show when it was installed in a functional location or a location hierarchy.

The fields you select determine which fields appear in the client you are working in.

If you assign a number to the fields, they will be displayed in the lists in numerical order when the user calls the relevant transactions.

Activities

When defining fields, you can indicate a field as Hidden. However, note that if you do so, users can no longer activate it. Therefore, you should indicate a field as Hidden only if you do not want any of your users to be able to display it.

Further notes

In this release, you currently cannot transport the settings you make here to another client or SAP system.
