Use

In this IMG activity, you define basic settings for the Defense Forces & Public Security component. The following settings are available:

  • S_ORGM_ACTIVE

    You can use the value 'X' to activate the organizational measure functions in the Structures Workbench.

  • MM_EXTWG_INFRA

    You define the external material group for infrastructure material.

  • PERS_EQUI_POPUP

    You can set the value 'X' to display the user interface for the material issue as a dialog box for the function Providing a Person with Material Equipment.

  • PM_DISTR_ACTIVE

    You define whether the functions for distributing maintenance objects, and also the relevant checks, are to be active.

  • PM_NOT_ORD_HIST

    This switch is evaluated only if the function for distributing maintenance objects has been activated in the PM_DISTR_ACTIVE switch.

    You define whether maintenance notifications and orders are distributed to historical installation locations of the equipment concerned.

    Switch setting 'X': NO distribution

    Switch setting ' ': Distribution

  • PM_TASK_LIST

    This switch is evaluated only if the function for distributing maintenance objects has been activated in the PM_DISTR_ACTIVE switch.

    You define whether general maintenance task lists with the following attributes are to be distributed:

    • Used only in the material master records concerned
    • Not assigned to a maintenance plan
    • Not assigned to equipment or a functional location

      Switch setting 'X': General maintenance task lists for the material are distributed

      Switch setting ' ': General maintenance task lists for the material are NOT distributed
