Use

This Business Add-In is used in the Document Builder component (CA-GTF-DOB) to change the standard workflow logic of the approval process. You can create complex rules based on document, template, and element attributes, or retrieve approvers from other systems by means of RFC calls.

This Business Add-In consists of the methods described below:

  • CHANGE_DOC_APPPROVER (Change approver for document or template)
  • CHANGE_CLAUSE_APPROVER (Change approver for element)
  • CHANGE_CLAUSE_IN_DOC_APPR (Change approver of clause in document)
  • SET_APPR_CHANGE_BUTTON (Set approver change button visible)
  • SEND_ELM_APPROVER_MAIL (Send e-mail to approver)
