Activities
Choose New entries.
Enter an identifier and a description.
Set the Doc. Workflow indicator to trigger a workflow-based document approval process in the selected content. In other words, when you release a document, an approval process is triggered.
Set the Template Workflow indicator to start a workflow when an element is changed in a template.
Save your entries.
To define a root variable, you must perform the activity Define Variables, choose Structure Variables in the dialog structure and eventually specify the root variable here. Variables are used throughout the document creation process to determine the structure of the document you want to build. The root variable is the first variable you have to define for the variable tree. The variable tree must contain all the variables needed to build a document. You can organize variables by grouping them into structures and nesting them in the variable tree. If not specified, SAP Document Builder will not display the dialog process to a document author.
