Use
In this menu item, you assign both a sales activity type and the result of a sales activity to a customer visit status. The customer visit status corresponds to the visit reason. Maintain the corresponding visit reasons before you assign the sales activity types and results. Choose Logistics Execution --> Direct Store Delivery Backend --> Route Accounting --> Basic Functions --> Define Customer Visit Reasons.
Maintain the corresponding entries for sales activity type and result for all visit reasons. During the final settlement run, the system creates a sales activity for an unsuccessful customer visit from a visit list. The system creates a sales activity with the parameters you assign to the corresponding customer visit status.
