Use
In this menu item you can define for each shipment type and transportation planning point which documents are to be created for the print output when processing the collective message, that is, which individual messages are to be processed.
Requirements
You can only enter message types her that have already been set up in the relevant application. The processing time for these individual messages must be '3' (=> Send using application-specific transaction).

Activities
For each shipment type and transportation planning point, enter the individual messages that are to be processed in the collective print out.
Sequence number
You can use the sequence number that is to be assigned to each message type to control the order in which the documents for each delivery are provided.
Indicator: Different Printer
Normally, print parameters for the collective message are adopted for each individual message that is to be processed so that all documents can be assigned to one spool request. If you do not want this, for example, because a document needs to be printed on a particular printer, you should set this indicator. This means that when you process this individual message, the print parameters for the individual message apply, not the print parameters for the collective message.
