Use

This menu option allows you to control which data (message types, IDocs) is to be transferred. For this, you must enter all the data that is to be processed further in this Customizing table. The download program reads the Customizing table and calls the relevant function module (field 'FUNCMOD') for all entries (message types) that are maintained for the visit plan type.

You can select the following function modules for visit control:

  • ·    /DSD/VC_HH_DL_DELIVERY => DSD: Delivery download
    • Message type: DESADV Delivery
  • ·    /DSD/VC_HH_DL_INVOICE => DSD: Billing data download
    • Message type: INVOIC Invoices
  • ·    /DSD/VC_HH_DL_ROUTE_ITINERARY => DSD: Visit list download
    • Message type: /DSD/HH_ROUTE_ITINERARY Visit list
  • ·    /DSD/VC_HH_DL_SALES_ORDER => DSD: Order data download
    • Message type: ORDRSP Order
  • ·    /DSD/VC_HH_DL_SHIPMENT => DSD: Shipment data download
    • Message type: SHPMNT Shipment

Note:

  • Some data is mandatory (message types, IDocs).
    • The control IDOC /DSD/HH_CONTROL is always sent. You therefore do not need to enter it in the table.
  • Only optional data (message types, IDocs) is entered in the Customizing table.
  • This Customizing table is open for customer-specific enhancements. This allows you to maintain entries for new function modules, but the corresponding installation logic must be reprogrammed for further processing.
  • The download program /DSD/HH_IDOC_OUTPUT_CONTROL creates the relevant IDocs for all optional message types that are entered in table /DSD/VC_VLTRADAT. If there are no entries (for visit plan type), the system does not transfer any optional data.
  • Controlling is performed at message type level (IDoc).
