Use
The route settlement is the process for mapping the tour activities such as outbound deliveries, check-out for the tour, etc. for the corresponding R/3 documents. The implies creating and updating these documents.
In order to simplify the processes of the route settlement it is possible to run specific processes in the background. Therefore different settlement types are predefined and assigned to a shipment type in the next step.
Requirements
Standard settings
The following settings are possible for each settlement type:
The field "DSD-RA: Start Blind Difference Determination" is checked against the fixed value of the domain /DSD/SL_BAL_DARK .
Fixed value:
- 0 = Do not release Tour for Settlement
- 1 = Tour released for Settlement. Do not start difference determination
- 2 = Tour released for Settlement. Start difference determination
The field "DSD-RA: Create blind settlement document" is checked against the fixed values of the domain /DSD/SL_STL_DOC_DARK.
Fixed values:
- SPACE = only
- 1 = only if there are no differences
Default setting is 'SPACE - always'.
The following fields are checked against the fixed values of the domain /DSD/HH_MARK
- The field 'DSD-RA: Start Blind Final Settlement'
- The field 'DSD-RA: Check-out Create Difference document'
- The field 'DSD-RA: Create Returns Loading Note'
- The field 'DSD-RA: Process Tour Time data'
- The field 'DSD-RA: Process Tour Distance data'
- The field 'DSD-RA: Create New orders (presales)'
- The field 'DSD-RA: Process sales orders/deliveries'
- The field 'DSD-RA: Create Difference documents for driver'
- The field 'DSD-RA: Post Goods movement'
- The field 'DSD-RA: Process invoice'
- The field 'DSD-RA: Post Incoming Payment'
- The field 'DSD-RA: Process Collection clearing'
The fixed values of the domain /DSD/HH_MARK are:
- SPACE = No
- X = Yes
Default setting is 'SPACE - No'.
