Use
Route settlement is the process of mapping tour activities, such as customer delivery and check-out for the tour, to the relevant ERP documents. The process also includes creating and updating the documents.
To simplify route settlement, you can run certain processes in the background. Different settlement types are predefined for this reason and assigned to a shipment type in the next step.
Note
You can also automate the settlement processes by defining activities for a tour status. For more information, see the SAP Reference IMG under Define Tour Scenario and Tour Status Profiles. Note that you cannot use a mixture of the two procedures.
Requirements
Standard settings
The following settings can be made for each settlement type:
Field DSD-RA: Start Balancing in Background is checked against the fixed values for domain /DSD/SL_BAL_DARK.
Fixed values:
- 0 = Do not release tour for settlement
- 1 = Tour released for settlement, do not start balancing
- 2 = Tour released for settlement, start balancing
The following fields are checked against the fixed values for domain /DSD/HH_MARK:
- Field DSD-RA: Start Final Settlement in Background
- Field DSD-RA: Create Check-Out Difference Document
- Field DSD-RA: Create Returns Loading Note
- Field DSD-RA: Process Tour Time Data
- Field DSD-RA: Process Tour Distance Data
- Field DSD-RA: Create New Orders (Presales)
- Field DSD-RA: Process Sales Orders/Deliveries
- Field DSD-RA: Create Difference Documents for Driver
- Field DSD-RA: Update Goods Movement
- Field DSD-RA: Process Billing Documents
- Field DSD-RA: Update Incoming Payments
- Field DSD-RA: Process Collections Clearing
The fixed values for domain /DSD/HH_MARK are as follows:
- SPACE = No
- X = Yes
The standard setting is SPACE - No.
