Use
In this menu item, you define your own customer sales transaction types .
Requirements
The customer sales transaction type classify customer sales transactions with reference to their business processes.
They define an activity on the basis of route activities such as delivery execution and order with reference to the final settlement in a more detailed form.
Customer sales transactions are tour activities that are related to sales and/or the physical delivery execution.
Standard settings
The following customer sales transaction types are implemented:
01 = Out.Del. Existing Orders w/o Changes
02 = Out.Del. Exist. orders Reduction/Delete
03 = Out.Del. Exist.Orders addit. Sales
04 = Customer sales
05 = Empties returns
06 = Customer Sales Returns
07 = Order Acceptance
10 = Check-out Driver Debit
11 = Check-out Driver Credit
12 = Returns loading note
13 = Driver Debit from Difference
14 = Driver Credit from Difference
Note
The areas 9*, X*, Y* and Z* are designed for customer-specific extensions. Customer-specific sales transaction types can be defined in these names ranges. The corresponding flow logic for further processing has to be reprogrammed.
