In this menu item, you assign a number range number to a usage of the number range interval The system checks whether the corresponding number range number is assigned to the respective number range object.

SAP does not provide any number range intervals for route accounting. Create the necessary number range intervals.

When you create and assign the number range numbers, you have to differentiate between the DSD processes with and without handheld support:

When handhelds are supported, you have to maintain the number range intervals for all number range objects and then assign them to a usage.
If handhelds are not supported, you only have to maintain the number range intervals for external invoice numbers, settlement documents, and the final settlement run, and then assign these objects to a usage.
