Use

This IMG activity contains the delivered function modules for the special handling of fields by IDoc segments before they are mapped to the target fields of database tables for the DSD connector defined in the mapping rules.

Note that the default DSD scenario process uses the Customizing settings that are delivered as standard with the system.

If you require a special handling that is not covered by the function modules provided, you can define a function module in the specific namespaces Y and Z. This function module must have the same interface as, for example, the function module /DSD/ME_CONVERT_ME_ACTION.

Bear in mind that in the case of support, a customer-specific function module will be treated as a customer modification.
