Use

In this Customizing table you set for each object/search object of the application log how the respective message type shall be treated.

Requirements

Standard settings

The fields for the message types are checked against the fixed values of the domain /DSD/HH_CHECKBOX.

Fixed values:

  • SPACE = No
  • X = Yes

The default setting is 'SPACE - No'.

Activities

The following message types can be chosen for the application log object and the subobject:

  • The field 'DSD- Application Log: Termination messages are saved is a checkbox whether termination messages shall be saved in the application log.
  • The field 'DSD- Application Log: Error messages are saved' is a checkbox whether <error messages shall be saved in the application log.
  • The field 'DSD- Application Log: Warnings are saved' is a checkbox whether warningsshall be saved in the application log.
  • The field 'DSD- Application Log: Information is saved' is a checkbox whether information messages shall be saved in the application log.
  • The field 'DSD- Application Log: Save message on next screen' is a checkbox whether success messages shall be saved in the application log.
