Use
In this Customizing table you can set the relevant messages - depending on the shipment type and the transportation planning point - in such a way that they are only displayed on the driver's handheld. Together with the other tables for master data, this table can be sent to the handheld middleware server. The handheld middleware server must then split up the texts contained in the standard IDOCs into driver and customer messages and transmit them.
Note:
Messages for customers or driver must be maintained as texts in the respective documents (order, delivery, shipment). They are transmitted with the relevant standard IDOCs to the handheld middleware server. Some messages address the customers and some the driver and should therefore only be displayed on the handheld. You cannot tell from just looking at a message whether it is meant for the driver or the customer.
Requirements
Note
The text objects are SAP default objects (i.e. they are assigned to the respective application); they are to be found in table TTXOB. In the Customizing table /DSD/HH_DRVTXT only those text tables are allowed that are used in the applications shipment, delivery and order. These are:
- VTTK Shipment header
- VBBK Order header
- VBBP Order item
- VBBK Delivery header
- VBBP Delivery item
The text types (IDs) can be created (customer-specifically) in Customizing for the text objects. The text types are to be found in the table TTXID.

Activities
In the IDOC /DSD/HH_TXTDRV01 the Customizing table /DSD/HH_DRVTXT is transmitted to the handheld middleware server. The segment type E1WXX01ist is as segment available for customer-specific extensions.
