Use
In this IMG activity, you specify how you want the system to determine the extraction variants to be processed for a tour. You can create several different extraction variants for each tour to supply various applications (such as customer statistics) with data.
You can use tour scenario, shipment type or visit plan type, and sales area separately or as key combinations. Using key combinations gives you a greater degree of flexibility and granularity.
Note that the system first looks for specific entries when determining the extraction variants. If no entry is found for a specific key combination, the search continues with no specific combination. The possible key combinations are listed below, with the most specific combinations first:
- Tour scenario, shipment type or visit plan type, sales area
