Use
In this IMG activity, you determine when the system should archive the DEX data.
The tour date is the starting date for archiving. In this IMG activity, you specify how many days after the tour date the DEX data can be archived. Archiving can be scheduled as a background job or carried out manually.
If you have the system archive the DEX data, it always archives all the DEX data from a tour.
Note
Since DEX data is only available in the mobile DSD scenario, you only require the residence time for the mobile scenarios.
Requirements
The DEX data cannot be archived until a tour has reached the last tour status (based on the profile of the relevant tour scenario) and the residence time defined in this IMG activity has been exceeded.
