Use
In this IMG activity, you define the categories of compatible unit you require. The category determines the system behavior of a compatible unit and controls, for example, the type of number range, the user status, and the handling of technical objects. Each category has a separate set of attributes. You define these using IMG activity Define Attributes for Compatible Unit Categories.

You do the following:
Specify an ID for the compatible unit category.
Enter a description for the category.
If the category is to be used for virtual compatible units, select VCU.
