Use
In this Customizing activity, you make settings for the company code and for property tax posting.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
You must first define your company code settings by entering administrative and technical data on the Company Code Settings screen.
Note:
In the Technical Parameters group box, you can select the Aut. Subtraction of 16m2 (Prop. Typ I) checkbox. This indicates that the system automatically subtracts the tax exempt part from the total area of real estate objects that belong to property type I.
On the Posting Schema - Liability to Tax Office screen, you can enter the document type, posting key, business area, and a key for clearing.
After that, you can make additional settings as follows:
- You can define the posting schema of property tax by specifying the corresponding G/L accounts for debit and credit posting of costs and liabilities on the Posting Schema - Costs screen.
- You can define a posting period for posting costs on the Posting Period of Costs screen.
