Use
You can change the output indicators for output methods shipped in the standard system and also create new indicators. The system uses output indicators to automatically create an appropriate output medium for each customer. During creation the system takes interface parameters into account. The system also uses output indicators to call the function module assigned for creation of an output medium. You can assign standard SAP R/3 function modules to the output indicators or you can assign your own function modules.
Exception: Output indicator 06 is assigned for printing outstanding sales.
Standard settings
You can use the following output indicators in the standard system for Pendulum List Indirect Sales:
Pendulum list
Pendulum list and letter
Output file
Output file and letter
Printed letter of outstanding sales
Activities
Process the output indicators.
Assign a function module to every output indicator (exception: Indicator 06).
Example
You want to make your requests available to wholesalers in digital form and you also want to send a preworded letter. You assign the function module zh>/BEV4/PLDATANSCHR to the output indicator 04(output file and letter).
