In this IMG activity you maintain the user settings for the contract tree. You can define how the contract tree is displayed when the function is started (all nodes expanded, for example). You can switch the hierarchy display on or off and check all agreements for initial fields. By assigning filters, you can reduce the number of agreements displayed (hide technical instructions, for example).

Define the user settings for the designated users. You can also let the users make the settings themselves. You can go to the maintenance function straight from the contract maintenance transaction by choosing the Settings button.

Further notes

You can copy and transport user settings (same user profile for groups).
