In this IMG activity you maintain modules for reading data from the Sales Information System (SIS). The sales data involved here is used in contract handling as a basis for determining remunerations, controlling sales and measuring certain performances and receivables.
Requirements
You manage contracts that contain sales-dependent agreements.
Standard settings
The standard delivery contains table entries for the modules used to read the SIS.
Activities
The standard system contains read modules for the SIS. Use the table entries provided as the modules can be used in CH transactions.
Further notes
If you have special requirements when determining sales figures, you can use your own function module in the relevant transaction. For this purpose it makes sense to copy the existing module and make the necessary changes. You must create the new module in the customer name space.
Example
To control sales you require sales data for the entire validity period of a contract. For a remuneration settlement you require sales data from the corresponding settlement period.
