In this IMG activity you choose rules for display. The system generates a rule list for each rule class. The rule list contains all agreements that are linked with the selected rule.

In the initial screen for the rule display, enter the organizational unit and the contract handling document type. If you then choose the Detail Screen pushbutton, you go to the selection of the general rule. Once you have entered the rule class and the sequence number, the system displays the selected rule. You go to the display of the rule list by choosing the Rule Maintenance pushbutton.
Further notes
You call rule maintenance from the relevant times of a contract. You can then go straight to the detail screen since the time is already fixed, and you do not have to make any more selections.
