In this IMG activity you define the field status for rule attributes. You must enter a field status for each agreement class (AGCL) to rule identifier (RI) link. Each agreement class contains general rule attributes. They cannot be changed, which means that the selection of the field status is limited to the Display and Hide functions. All field statuses (hide, display, optional entry field, required entry field) are allowed for all specific rule attributes of the agreement class.
Requirements
You have already defined the agreement classes and rule identifiers required for your contract handling, and have maintained the relevant IMG activities.
Standard settings
The standard delivery contains the rule attributes used in contract handling for agreement classes and rule identifiers.
Activities
Use all the entries from the standard table, or only the entries for the agreement classes and rule identifiers you use. You can also maintain your own entries. If you require an individual field status for certain agreement classes or rule identifiers, you can adjust the field status accordingly.

Example
Every rule attribute has a name and an explanation. They are displayed if the field status is set to display, optional entry field, or required entry field. If the field status of the rule attribute is set to hidden, this status also applies to the corresponding fields (name and explanation).
