In this IMG activity you maintain the field status for the contract handling documents. You can use this function to copy the field status that is already maintainted for a contract handling organizational unit to other contract handling organizational units. You can copy the status for selected contract handling document types only.
Requirements
You have maintained the field status in your contract handling for at least one contract handling organizational unit.

A field status is available in all combinations of agreement class and rule identifier. You can maintain a separate field status for model contracts. The field status applies for all rule attributes. The rule attributes can be assigned to two groups for each agreement. The first group contains the general rule attributes. These exist in every agreement class and only allow a restricted selection of the field status (hide or display), since they cannot be changed. Any field status can be used for the specific rule attributes of the agreement class (hide, display, optional entry, required entry).
Each rule attribute has a name and an explanation. They are displayed if the field status is set to display, optional entry, or required entry. If the field status of the rule attribute is set to hidden, this status also applies to the corresponding name and explanation fields.
