In this IMG activity you define value date categories. Each value date category contains a value date formula and the value date formula determinations. The value date category provides the value date process with one or more value date formulas.
Requirements
The value date category is part of value date management. Value date management only functions if you have performed all the IMG activities for the value date.

Recommendation
If you do not need any differentiated value dates you do not need to make any entries in this section in Customizing.
Activities
Enter a numeric key with up to four digits and a name for the value date category. Assign a value date formula and the value date formula determinations.
Further notes
The baseline date day is used to determine the correct value date formula. If the determination process for a value date formula is unsuccessful or no value date formula is assigned to a baseline date, the value date formula defined in the default value date table is used.
