In this IMG activity you define the status for external amounts. You can derive the current processing status from the status of an external amount. You can assign an external amount to a contract or object.

Use the standard status defaults or define your own status.
Additional notes
New external amounts are automatically assigned the status amount entered. After an external amount has been settled, the amount has the status flagged for deletion. Amounts with this status can no longer be changed.
