In this step you copy and maintain the field status for contracts and contract templates. You can choose activties for copying and maintaining data, to fulfill different requirements, in accordance with the task to be completed.

Requirements

Standard settings

You can choose the following functions:

• Change template field status
• Create and display template field status
• Selectivel copy field status CH organizational unit
• Field status contract template
• Selectively copy field status contract
• Hide validity period for action (creation)

Activities

Choose the required copying or maintainenance action. Define the selection criteria. Select the function Simulation if you wish to starta test run. If you wish to clean up the target area before copying, select the function Delete Target Area.
