In this IMG activity, you assign condition log objects (CLO) to conditions. You have to assign the CLO for data procurement (IN design) to each condition. The CLO contain detailed information about the input parameters. The CLO can transfer the data listed below:
- Global control data (environment data for the settlement)
- Status data (release and lock objects)
- Valuations (values from agreements with value provision, for example, capital)
- Agreement data (agreement class/rule identifier/attribute for an agreement. For the agreement class date you must also enter the date part).
- Posting data (values from link type 0300 = movements request)
- Settlement information (information for the calculation)
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard system contains the condition log objects supported in contract handling.
Activities
Use the CLOs from the standard table. Additional table entries are only required if you want to use your own CLOs.
Further notes
The date of the settlement selection (dialog selection) is used for comparisons with a time condition.
