In this IMG activity you define the value date baseline date. The value date baseline date provides the basis for all value dates for contract management. You can exclusively use the date fields from the posting document (document date or posting date) as the value date baseline date.
Requirements
The value date baseline date is part of value date management. Value date management only functions if you have carried out all IMG activities for value date management.
Standard settings
Table entries are found in the standard system for the value date baseline date.
Activities
Enter a numerical key with up to four figures and a name for the value date baseline date. You can also transfer the delivered table entries.
Further notes
If you do not need differentiated value dates you do not need to make any entries in this customizing section.
