In this IMG activity you assign the individual agreement classes the tables that are requried for processing. The assignment depends on the task of the agreement class.
Requirements
You have determined the agreement classes you require for contract handling and maintained the relevant IMG activity.
Standard settings
The standard delivery contains the required agreement class tables for the agreement classes supported by contract handling.
Activities
Use all the standard tables, or only the agreement classes you use. You can also maintain your own entries. If you create your own agreement class tables, assign an alphanumeric key of up to four characters and a name.
Further notes
If you use your own agreement class tables, you also require your own agreement classes and function modules.
Example
The agreement class CHGA (total sales) is assigned the table /BEV3/CHBGABS (agreement total sales). The table contains the total sales (at the time of processing) for a contract for the required period.
