In this IMG activity you define the linktype required for your application. One link type contains memory structures that are needed for the settlement. In each single linktype there are data fields in which the information necessary for certain settlement segments is collected.
Requirements
Standard settings
Predefined linktypes are part of the standard system.
Activities
Transfer the delivered linktypes. If you need other link types you can additionally implement your own linktypes. To do this you must provide your own settlement structures and programs.
Further notes
Linktypes act as data containers and help in determining function modules. Function modules access memory structure in order to read the required data from them (linktype-in) or save the results (linktyp-out).
