In this IMG activity you define link locations. You can use link locations as a grouping option at agreement level. You can create a link location for each settlement-relevant agreement. You can use the link location instead of several agreements. Link locations determine the storage location of information in the global memory, and therefore allow more precise settlement control.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard delivery contains default link locations.
Activities
Use the standard link locations. If you require additional link locations, you can create your own. For each new link location, enter a key of up to four characters and a name.

Example
You can assign the following agreements to the interest link location:
- Fixed percentage interest
- Arrears update for interest
- Account interest
- External interest
- Internal interest
