In this IMG activity you define valuation types for objects. You can use any of the object characteristics to valuate an object. With each valuation type, you enter an additional criterion to valuate your objects. You can enter as many valuation criteria as you require.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard delivery contains default valuation types.
Activities
Use the standard valuation types or enter your own. For each new valuation type, enter a numeric key of one to four characters and a name.
Further notes
All valuation definitions are user-definable. Valuations support interested persons who make business-related decisions about an object on the basis of validated findings.
Example
Examples of valuation criteria for an object are structural condition, object location, appearance, and so on.
