The entries in this table are exclusively used to determine the item category in the sales document for creating credit memos.
The table is an assignment table that has priority over the assignment of the item categories to the order types in SAP standard Customizing. Principally it can be said that the item categories must be allowed in SAP standard Customizing by means of the assingment for this order type.
The combination of analysis result, refunding indicator and item category determines the pricing procedure in the sales document.
