Use
In this IMG activity, you specify the components for which the market data is to be set to active. For the supplied components, the use of market data differs in terms of how interest is blocked.
- Analytical Banking (Bank Analyzer)
Interest is blocked at market data area level .
- Operational Banking (Account Management)
The combination of market data area and reference interest rate is used. In addition, reference interest rates in Operational Banking can no longer be processed once a specific amount of time has passed since creation. You control this using the class names for checking interest.

Activities
Specify the components for which the market data is to be set to active. For the Operational Banking component, also specify the class name for checking interest.
If you specify both Analytical Banking and Operational Banking as active components, the system always takes the settings for the Operational Banking component into account. This means that the lock procedure defined in these settings is also applied to Analytical Banking.
