Diagnosis
The "Payer for cash on delivery" field is filled, but the indicator for activating the "Cash on delivery" payment type is not selected.
System Response
The payer is not used.
Procedure
Select the indicator for paying by cash on delivery or delete the entry in the "Payer for cash on delivery field".
