Diagnosis
You did not set the following three indicators:
- 'MG assignment to value-only material',
- 'Existence of exceptions possible' and
- 'MG stock on value-only material level'
The 'Value-only material freely definable' indicator cannot therefore be set.

Procedure
Deselect the necessary indicator.
