Diagnosis
When creating a new profile, you incorrectly set the control indicators.

Procedure
When you create new profiles, the "Value-only material freely definable" indicator must always be set, except in the following case: A record is created with a new hierarchy level, i.e. when the following two indicators are set
- Assign MG to value-only material
- MG stock to value-only material
