Price phase &3 for material &1 &2 cannot be deleted

Diagnosis
You want to delete price phases with start date from material . This price phase is the first (100%) price phase in the material. It is used as the basis for calculating more price phases and, therefore, cannot be deleted.
System Response
The price phase cannot be deleted.
