Help Document

Diagnosis

You tried to create a new order number and assign it to a catalog item. However, this order number is already being processed by another user.

System Response

The order number is currently blocked (ENQUEUE block) and can therefore not be assigned.

Procedure

You can only assign the order number when it is not being processed by another user.

Notes

If the ENQUEUE block is in block management because of a session termination or other serious problems, and noone is processing the order number, you can remove the block using transaction SM12. This block removal is logged.
