Diagnosis
The values exported from user exit in the SAP enhancement KSDIEX01 are inconsistent. The table SAP_ITEMS contains items for which no material was found. This means that the item cnanot be copied into a sales document.

Procedure
Check material number determination in user exit .
- Deactivate the SAP expansion KSDIEX01 with transaction CMOD if you do not need the additional functions.
