Access sequences and accesses
In text Customizing, you can set the system to automatically supply texts in transactions (e.g. sales orders, deliveries, etc.). To do this, you assign an access sequence to a text ID. The order of accesses in which the system is to search for texts is stored in the access sequence. The system assigns the first source text found to the target text. No further accesses are carried out.
Determining key figures
The maximum number of access levels is determined from settings made in Customizing and issued by the system.
Alternatives
The number of unsuccessful accesses increases when successful accesses are listed last in the order of access sequences. For this reason, you should consider
- whether you can better order the accesses
- whether you can avoid accesses by using requirements instead
