Safety quantity field has been cleared
Help Document
Diagnosis
You maintained a safety quantity as well as a safety percentage.
System Response
During the safety quantity calculation in the replenishment planning process, the system either uses a calculated quantity based on a given percentage or a fixed quantity. If you have filled both fields at the same time, the system uses the value in the Safety Perc. field and clears the value in the Safe Qty field.
Procedure
If you want to have a fixed safety quantity stored with the profile, clear the safety percentage field and maintain the safety quantity.
Note:
It is necessary that the profile includes a scheduling agreement reference in the main section to retrieve the unit of measure used (sales unit).
